Beth Clare McManus

Beth Clare McManus is a Creative Psychologist and Coach. Her work is dedicated to supporting people to be human at work, with a particular focus on wellbeing, emotions and creativity.

 

Beth has a Foundation Certificate in Transformational Coaching and is currently undertaking a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London, where she is developing her coaching philosophy to incorporate theory and practice from the field of Positive Psychology. Beth creates a non-judgmental, safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thinking and felt experience using authenticity, creativity and curiosity as her guiding values.

 

She graduated with a BSc in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester. She is a self-employed illustrator; director of Create Flow, where she works with purpose-led people and organisations; and works as an associate for a variety of organisations, teaching psychology, delivering organisational wellbeing sessions, and designing resilience training and strengths-based assessments. A passionate advocate for volunteering and active organisational citizenship, she is also involved in EMCC UK’s 2021 ‘Knowledge Exchange’ programme and volunteers as a coach for Queen Bee Coaching.
