Kathryn Henderson
I am a Coach and Therapist with a keen interest in human behaviour and development. I founded my organisation in 2003 and I have worked with a variety of organisations and individuals worldwide.

I have 17-years’ experience and qualifications with BACP, ACC, ICF and INLPTA accreditations. I am an International Published Author of 2 books in Coaching Skills/NLP and Stress Management. I did extensive research for my MA in Developing Professional Practice and created a model and process for any organisation to successfully embed a coaching culture which includes setting up in-house coaching practices and empowering managers with coaching conversation skills incorporating coaching into everyday leadership.

My areas of expertise include Coaching, Mentoring, Counselling, Student Career Coaching, Coaching Supervision, Action-Learning Facilitation, Talent Management, Appraisals and Development Plans, 360-Degree Facilitator and Psychometric Profiling in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and II, Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI). Alongside my MA coaching qualification, I am an NLP Master Practitioner, have a PGCert in Change Management and many Diplomas in different forms of coaching practices.
