OUR CURRENT PROJECT
GROWING MINORITISED WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP
We have been awarded National Lottery Funding to deliver a leadership programme for 30 women from minoritised communities, backgrounds or situations resident in Greater Manchester.

What do we mean by 'minoritised'? If you feel that you have not been able to take advantage of mainstream opportunities that others have because of your age, racial or ethnic background, religious or cultural background, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, caring responsibilities, social or economic situation then read on.
​
Our programme has been created so that you can take a particular project of your choosing from start to finish with support from a professional coach and a package of learning that will build your coaching, mentoring and leadership capabilites.
​
You will be coached by a professional International Coaching Federation UK (UK ICF) coach whilst applying learning from an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) accredited course that has been created specifically for you on this programme.
​
